No. Refunds are not provided once a booking has been confirmed or completed. Our therapists reserve their time specifically for your appointment.
Let us know immediately via SMS. While we understand delays happen, your session time may be reduced out of fairness to other clients. No-shows or disrespectful cancellations may result in a ban.
You’ll be asked to leave — immediately. We have zero tolerance for aggressive, intoxicated, or disrespectful behavior. Hard drugs, alcohol, or violence on the premises will result in a permanent ban (and possibly legal action). No exceptions.

If you cancel within 10 minutes of your confirmed booking, or fail to show, a $100 deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Without this deposit, Noir will be unable to confirm your future bookings.
